The following guidelines are not a legal document, and final interpretation is up to the administration of PL.ugh.IM; they provide insight into our content moderation policies:
Content removed from the public timeline:
- Excessive advertising
- Uncurated news bots posting from third-party news sources
- Untagged nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit content, including artistic depictions
- Untagged gore and extremely graphic violence, including artistic depictions
Content removed from the public timeline, may result in account suspension:
- Racism or advocation of racism
- Sexism or advocation of sexism
- Discrimination against gender and sexual minorities, or advocation thereof
- Xenophobic and/or violent nationalism
Content explicitly disallowed, will result in revocation of access:
- Sexual depictions of, or sexual contact with, children
- Conduct promoting the ideology of National Socialism
Any conduct intended to stalk, harass, impede, degrade service performance, or incite others to do so is disallowed and subject to punishment, including revocation of access. This includes:
- Continuing engagement with a user who has requested cessation (harassment)
- Aggregating, posting, or disseminating personal data without permission (doxing)
- Inciting continued interaction after a user requests cessation (brigading/dogpiling)
The administration reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, except as limited by law.
Privacy Policy
What is stored on our servers:
- Your IP address
- Your browser's user-agent string
- Your e-mail address
- A username and password you specify
- Every message you publish, including direct/private messages
What is stored on your computer:
- Access tokens corresponding to your username and password, possibly stored as cookies
Data shared with third parties:
- Public and follower-only messages distributed to third-party instances following your account
- Messages mentioning third-party instance accounts distributed to those instances
